Cross-Sector Collaboration Training

Based on our 6 key Partners In Empowerment (PIE) categories, EW's collaboration capacity building course awakens the abilities of private, public and voluntary groups to optimize community resources, advancing the impact of all agents of change. This inclusive education can be delivered to large or small groups, via skill-building workshops (1 hour min.) and outcome-based one day seminars.

Cross-sector Workshop Overview:

Stretch project budgets and deepen your social impact by engaging diverse social economic sectors in successful collaboration.

Hands-on role-playing empowers participants to: 

(a) Learn creative use of resources at hand and how to empower potential partners to advance mutual goals.

 

(b) Improve communication and general understanding  between partners across diverse social & economic backgrounds/disciplines

(c) Design mutually supportive sustainability into your projects.

Key Activities:

1. Intro to the EW Community-Led Solutions Approach – and 6 key Partners In Empowerment™ (PIE) categories.

 

2. To experience cross-sector synergy, participants organize into groups of 6 (one representing each PIE category), and jointly develop solutions to critical issue of choice, and
 

3. Groups share project results with all participants, reinforcing lessons learned.
