Global Program Policy & Management Structure

Empowerment Works' Strategic Support Division (US Board & Core Dept Staff) sets policy and supports three mutually-supportive program teams:

* In each country it operates, EW adheres to nationally registered non-profit bylaws, including separation fiscal oversight and accountability structures between local board, global trustees & program staff.
